Current Projects
We are looking to build some classrooms for this school. The current classrooms look like makeshift barn stables. We would like to invest in the community by building some classrooms for this school.
We are also looking at partnering with another ministry that does wells. We are praying for the Lord to provide the funds for a well for this school and community.
We just found this school exists close to our farm. We are going to provide the kids with nutritious meals. Most of them do not eat at all during the 12 hour school. Some parents can’t afford food for their kids while also paying for school fees.
Deep Well and Water Storage
We have completed our deep well project. The well has been drilled, capped, and is pumping water. We also build a water storage tank and stand to provide readily available water for both irrigation and the bunkhouse bathrooms. Praise God for the outpouring of financial support to complete this project!
We will have this plastered and painted soon.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
We were able to start building a bunkhouse for our team. This is their home away from home while they are doing ministry work at the farm. This 6 bedroom building will have room for our team to have some personal space to rest and relax, with the security of having their own room.
The bunkhouse will also have two bathrooms that will have running water for showers and toilets. We are excited to enter this stage of development in the community!
Completed Projects
Storage Building is complete!
This is our storage building. We will use it for housing for the team at this time. In the future, we hope to use it as storage for our tools, supplies and harvests. Timing on this will be dependent on when we can build the Office, bedrooms and meeting structure. We have additionally installed an off grid solar system.
